Children's Holiday Craft - Easter Silk Painting Workshop Monday 30th March 10:30-12:00

Suitable for children aged 7+ who must be accompanied by an adult. 

Come and join us in the beautiful Stained Glass Museum to learn how to create your own stunning silk painted Easter card and design and make your own spring gutta picture. Suitable for children 7 years and over, beginners welcome! Take both piece of work home on the day for all to admire! Children must be accompanied by an adult for this workshop.

Please note: The Museum is located on an upper level of the Grade-I listed medieval Ely Cathedral. The entrance to the museum is via a spiral stone staircase of 40 steps from the south-west transept of Ely Cathedral. The stairs are fitted with a handrail. Unfortunately, there is no lift access to the Museum. The toilets are quite a hike from the museum, situated near the Lady Chapel in the Cathedral, so it’s advised that young people go to the toilet before the session begins.
