Refunds & Returns

For an exchange or refund, please return your item within 35 days,  unused and in

its original condition

We cannot accept returns, unless faulty, on earrings or perishable goods

The Stained Glass Museum reserves the right to agree any refunds or exchanges with the handmade glass by artist before issuing a refund.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
