Refunds & Returns

For an exchange or refund, please return your item within 35 days,  unused and in

its original condition

We cannot accept returns, unless faulty, on earrings or perishable goods

The Stained Glass Museum reserves the right to agree any refunds or exchanges with the handmade glass by artist before issuing a refund.

 

Gifts Vouchers

  • The following terms and conditions apply to our gift vouchers:
    1. Gift vouchers can be redeemed at the Stained Glass Museum, in our shops (including our online shop), cafés, and at admission points for entry or a new membership.
    2. Gift vouchers are not valid against the purchase of more gift vouchers.
    3. If you do not spend the entire amount on the gift voucher the remaining balance will be updated after each purchase and can be accessed via the gift voucher code or requested from the Stained Glass Museum. The balance can be used against future purchases.
    4. Gift vouchers can be used as part payment for a transaction with the balance being paid by another accepted method.
    5. If any product purchased with a gift voucher is subsequently exchanged for a product of lower price or a refund, any money owing will be issued as a gift voucher.
    6. Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
    7. The gift voucher is not a cheque guarantee, credit, debit or charge card. The Stained Glass Museum cannot be held liable for lost or stolen vouchers – please protect them as you would cash.
    8. Your gift vouchers will either expire 24 months after the date of issue. We reserve the right to amend terms and conditions of our gift vouchers at any time and take appropriate action, including cancellation of a voucher.
    9. Nothing in these terms affect your rights at law (for instance, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015). Please see the Citizens Advice website at citizensadvice.org.uk for more details.
