The May Queen - Screen Printed Glass

Handmade exclusively for the Stained Glass Museum, this framed glass panel has been screen printed with the image of 'The May Queen', a much loved piece from the Museum collection that was made in the early twentieth century by Thomas Cowell and designed by George Measures Parlby. Each print is created with traditional stained glass paints, stains and enamels, then fired to fix the design to its clear glass base. The printed glass panel is then set in a solid wood free-standing frame.
