Come and join us at the Stained Glass Museum to look at our wonderful new temporary exhibition by Tamsin Abbott displaying a selection of stained glass illustrations from her stunning book 'Wild Folk'.  After we have enjoyed exploring these beautiful stained glass panels through games and sketching, we will help you to turn your ideas into a fantastic mini acrylic free-standing piece using creative markers, glass pens and your imagination!

Suitable for children 7 years and over. Take your panel home on the day for all to admire! Children must be accompanied by an adult for this workshop.

Please note: The Museum is located on the upper level of the Grade-1 listed medieval Ely Cathedral. The entrance to the museum is via a stone spiral staircase of 40 steps on the right as you come in the main West door of the Cathedral. The stairs are fitted with a handrail. Unfortunately, there is no lift access to the museum. The toilets are quite a walk from the museum, situated near the Lady Chapel on the ground floor of the Cathedral, so it's advised that young people go to the toilet before the session begins.
