Evening Window Transfer

This window transfer features a design taken from our Museum collection.

'Evening' is pair to a second glass panel, 'Morning', both of which depict the everyday magic of life's rhythms. Artist Ervin Bossanyi made the two pieces in 1933 as replicas of a previous work he had made for a school in Germany. Anticipating persecution as the Nazi's took power in mainland Europe, Bossanyi emigrated to England in 1934, bringing these replica panels with him as an example of his work.

Window transfers fix to a surface by static, are fully repositionable and leave no residue - just peel off the backing sheet and smooth on to a clean dry window.
