Come and enjoy our fantastic temporary exhibition featuring the work of James Cockerill and produce your own unique string and paper print!
You will have the opportunity to explore the unique screen printing techniques of award winning glass artist James Cockerill. James specialises in combining traditional methods with modern innovations to create striking graphics works of glass.
After collecting ideas from the exhibition you will then come to our studio and create your own beautiful print to take home to frame or make into a card!
Please note: The Museum is located on an upper level of the Grade-I listed medieval Ely Cathedral. The entrance to the museum is via a spiral stone staircase of 40 steps from the south-west transept of Ely Cathedral. The stairs are fitted with a handrail. Unfortunately, there is no lift access to the Museum. The toilets are quite a hike from the museum, situated near the Lady Chapel in the Cathedral, so it’s advised that young people go to the toilet before the session begins.
