The talk will also reflect on the evolution of Cox’s work over the course of a career spanning almost fifty years.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cb\u003eAbout Aleta Doran\u003c\/b\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eAleta Doran is an artist and educator specialising in glass mosaic, with a lifelong fascination for glass in all its forms. Following five years as Artist in Residence at Chester Cathedral, she became Emerita Artist in Residence in 2024. Her research into stained glass artist Trena Cox led to two major exhibitions celebrating Cox’s work and legacy in Chester. Aleta has documented every known example of Cox’s work and recently completed a Masters by Research at the University of Chester, focusing on Cox’s early career and commissions for the Cathedral.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"MsoNormal\"\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eThe Talk\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"MsoNormal\"\u003eThis talk will be delivered by Zoom.
